I am very pleased to have met Oliver. He has been patient, listening to my concerns, solving very quick my paperwork. I cannot recommend Davis Tate enough! As a first time renter, I was very unsure on a number of things but the agents made sure I was well informed throughout the whole process which made me feel so at ease. Tristan, who we dealt with for the majority of the letting process, is an absolute asset to the company. He was hugely helpful with any query I had and always maintained communication professionally, which was a massive help.

The perfect balance of friendly and professional, Tristan went out if his was to keep in touch when the landlord was putting obstacles in the way. We felt very confident we were in safe hands, especially when it was such a busy time post lockdown.

I’ve moved a lot over the years and dealt with agents in the U.K and U.S.A, the process is usually slow and it seems sometimes that I was doing more work chasing agents than my actual day job! Nothing could be further from the truth with Megan at Davis Tate, after telling her my predicament Megan pulled out all the stops and made sure I not only had the keys to my new flat as soon as possible, she did what I thought was impossible and gave them to me in SIX DAYS!
We hear a lot about frontline workers in these unprecedented times and deservedly so, to me personally though Megan is my frontline worker and my hero for what she did for me. She heard my story and acted upon it with haste - I hope the world has more Megans when we’re through this.

Moving house in a pandemic is laughable but the lettings team at Davis Tate were absolutely brilliant and efficient to work with. They made the whole process from viewing, to moving in so smooth and stress-free. There are very few agents who actually care about their clients, and we cannot thank and recommend Davis Tate enough!
