Landlord Fees

When you choose to let your property with Davis Tate it is important that you understand and are aware of the landlord fees for the services that we provide. As well as our offering of service levels there are a range of additional fees that you may incur for certain activities. 

Our service level fees are set as a percentage of the rental income including VAT (Full Management 18%, Rent Collection 12%, Tenant Find annual fee is one month’s rent)
