I rent a property via Davis Tate and have been very pleased with the experience so far. The paperwork for the rental was very thorough. The property was cleaned before I moved in and if there are any issues I just e-mail Karola who liaises with the property owner and arranges for someone to come and deal with things promptly.

The Team at Davis Tate Pangbourne have been absolutely incredible after being let down and ghosted by another agent after a purchase fell through I wandered into the office not sure what I would do, Sylwia in the lettings team had me and my kids in a suitable rental within days and the sales teams went out of their way to help me find a new home.
