Great service from the team at Davis Tate Reading in selling our house recently. Ethan and Lewis were very professional, courteous and efficient, and helped make the process as easy and smooth as possible. And many thanks as well to the whole team and to Charlie for the great help and support. Highly recommended.

We are very happy with the service provided by Davist Tate for our hous purchase. Our estate agent Ethan was was always transparent and consise with his communications with us, always left a call with him feeling well informed with what was currently happening and what was coming next. The fizz and card on completion was a lovely touch.

Jo was very good to work with, she was proactive throughout the process and kept me well informed throughout. Great service

We had the pleasure of buying our new home through Davis Tate Pangbourne. The whole process was seamless and we were kept in the loop at all times. We managed to complete within 10 weeks due to the hard work of Paul, Richard and Laura from the conveyance team. Sylvia also stayed late to hand us our keys on a Friday - another instance of the team bending over backwards for their clients. We were always treated with respect and had all questions answered in a timely manner. We would highly recommend! Thank you all for making it such an easy process! Rebecca and Joseph

Amy Bennett was great to deal with and went the extra mile in helping out with my IT challenged Aunt with the sale of her property. Thanks and very best wishes to her and Richard.

As a contractor, I’ve had a great experience working with the lettings team, especially Siobhan and Tristan, and property manager Bes. They’ve all been professional, friendly, helpful and easy to deal with. Communication has been excellent, and I really appreciate their support and cooperation. Highly recommended!

Our selling process took far longer than expected but Sam at Davis Tate kept me informed throughout and kept the buyers informed too. Very happy with the service.

We had a really positive experience dealing with Lee throughout our move. It was a long and complicated chain with a number of delays along the way, but Lee was always helpful, professional and kept us updated throughout. He went above and beyond to help keep everything moving and was always on hand to answer our questions and chase things up when needed. His communication and support made a stressful process much easier to manage. We really appreciate all of Lee’s hard work and would happily recommend him to anyone looking for a helpful, professional and reliable estate agent.

Lee Russell was a real pleasure to deal with from start to finish on our sale in Woodley. As we live some distance away and in changing agents he impressed us with his simple clear advice. His knowledge, commitment, 24/7communications were a "breath of fresh air" and nothing was too much trouble for him to help us with. His contacts that we used were also brilliant, prompt and professional. We echo his many incredible 5 star reviews. Thanks Lee, a "Rolls Royce" of agents and 100% recommended.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Kathryn Bell at Davis Tate in Wantage for the process of selling my house. Kathryn was great, friendly, helpful and professional, communication was excellent keeping me updated and informed at every step of the process. I highly recommend Davis Tate in Wantage and will most definitely use them again in the future. Thank you so much guys Lauren Cox
