Buying a property with Davis Tate

We recently bought our new home using Davis Tate in Reading. We'd had a gruelling 2 year house move journey in trying to both sell our current property and secure our onward purchase. In those 2 years we had dealt with almost all of the local agencies, and even started the purchasing process with 2 other agents, which subsequently fell through. We went to view, what would become, our new home with Davis Tate towards the end of March and with them, everything changed. We received an excellent service from our agent, Sam Huish. He was knowledgable, helpful, efficient and kept us up to date with everything, which was a breath of fresh air. Brilliant communication and no nonsense. He was very accommodating with timings and arranging access for multiple viewings and surveys. When we asked him questions he didn't have the answers for, he'd follow up later on with the info - something other agents never did for us, even when prompted. I would highly recommend
