How do I access the online account area?

The online account area is integrated into My Davis Tate, which gives you online access to all your property information whether you're a seller, buyer, landlord or tenant. To access it, visit the My Davis Tate login page or register if you're accessing it for the first time. 

Where do I get my login details?

If you are a new customer, you will automatically receive an email with instructions on how to login.

If you are an existing customer, you already have a My Davis Tate account, so you can login to that in the usual way and the landlord online account area will be available to you.

If you have never used your My Davis Tate account, or are unsure whether you have an active My Davis Tate account, go to davistate.com/my-davis-tate/forgotten and select forgotten password and we will send you a link to reset your password and you can set up an account.

In all cases, please make sure you use the email address you have given to your Davis Tate branch when registering.

I have forgotten my password, what do I do?

Simply visit My Davis Tate and click on the Forgotten Password link on the dropdown. You can then request a link to reset your password.

You will need to use the email address you used to register with Davis Tate. 

Is there an app for My Davis Tate?

My Davis Tate has a website-based app, which means it can only be installed through your account. While you won't find it in the App Store or Google Play, you can easily install the app by logging into your 'My Davis Tate account and following the 'Install app' instructions.

If your device uses FaceID, this can be enabled once the app is installed.

How do I save the online account area to my mobile phone home screen?

Log into your My Davis Tate account and then tap the “Share” button.

Scroll down and tap “Add to Home Screen” 

This will add an icon to your home screen alongside your apps. 

If you access the online account area via a desktop device, don’t forget to bookmark the page so you can easily find it next time.

Why does the online account area have to have 2FA (2 Factor Authentication)?

Keeping customer information and data is important to us. Two-factor authentication adds an additional layer of security to the authentication process by making it harder for hackers to gain access to a person's devices or online accounts because, even if the victim's password is hacked, a password alone is not enough to pass the authentication check. Matters relating to property ownership are particularly attractive to hackers.

Can I contact the Davis Tate team through the account area?

Our online account area allows you to easily contact our team with any queries you might have and get your query through to the right team fast. Select the Contact Us section from the dashboard, select your enquiry type in the drop down menu and it will be submitted to the relevant department.

Can I set alerts for properties that meet my criteria?

Yes, you can set property alerts for properties to rent and buy. You can filter your search alerts by area, number of bedrooms, price range and more through the account area. You can disable these alerts whenever you decide to, whether it's because you have found your new home, have decided to remain in your current property or what you are looking for has changed.

How do I save a property to view later?

On the page of the property you are viewing, you will see a button that says 'Book a viewing.' Beneath this, there is a Save button which will allow you to save the property to view later. You must be logged in to save a property. 

Any saved properties can be viewed in the Shortlist section of your account area. 

Can I report a repair through the online account area?

Yes, through the contact form in your tenant online account area you can report any required repairs and maintenance.
