Q: Should I be worried that I won’t be able to sell my property now?

A: It is understandable that you may be worried but please be assured that we are continuing to market all properties to potential buyers through our extensive online channels and through a range of other marketing methods we use.

While our branches are temporarily closed, we are still able to work remotely to support the sale of your property.

Q: Will the current situation lead to a reduction in interest from potential buyers?

A: We are continuing to receive enquiries from potential buyers, though these are slowing down. We will ensure that sellers will be notified of any interest and we will arrange viewings once the current restrictions end as we believe that buyers will still want to progress with a property move in a few weeks’ time.

Q: Are you still allowing viewings to take place in person?

A: Unfortunately, as you will appreciate to protect all our colleagues and customers and in line with the new government restrictions on movement, we are unable to conduct viewings at the current time.

In some instances we may be able to arrange a video stream or virtual viewing with the agreement of the seller.  Please contact your local branch for details using the branch email address shown on our website.

Q:  On completion of my purchase, how will I be able to collect my keys if branches start to close?

A: Please contact your local branch for details using the branch email details shown on our website. They will make such arrangements on a case by case basis.
