ARLA regional representative for Oxfordshire and Berkshire

Megan was appointed the regional representative for ARLA (The Association of Residential Letting Agents) in September 2020.

ARLA is the property governing body that ensures all members operate with integrity and professionalism in the lettings market. Every 3 years they select a handful of individuals who are excellent at what they do to represent their local region on ARLA's behalf.

Megan has been busy since starting her role working with landlords and tenants to navigate through through the various industry legislation that has been introduced to help tenants and landlords through the pandemic.

Megan has also been ensuring all her landlords are up to date with the EICR regulations that come into force for existing tenancies on 1st April 2021.
