It's nice to be recognised for your talents and that's just what has happened to Megan Eighteen our Letting Manager for the Reading Branch. Megan has been appointed the regional representative for ARLA (The Association of Residential Letting Agents) commencing in September.
For those that don't know, ARLA is the property governing body that ensures all members operate with integrity and professionalism in the lettings market. Every 3 years they select a handful of individuals who are excellent at what they do to represent their local region on ARLA's behalf.
Megan successfully made her way through a number of selection rounds and impressed with her knowledge of lettings legislations and activity in the local market.
Director Matthew Bates said "We're delighted for Megan. She's great at her job and knows the local lettings market inside out. Being part of a great organisation like ARLA will allow Megan to further develop her knowledge and be a real boost for the local area, as well as Davis Tate and our landlords who will benefit from her increased knowledge."
So if you're thinking of becoming a landlord, are an existing landlord who's getting lost in the current legislation or just think your property could be working harder for you, then who better to speak to than Megan? Contact us today.
