Davis Tate were the estate agents the people selling the house we purchased used and they couldn't have been more helpful in getting the purchase completed

We recently went through the arduous process of looking to rent a house and registered our interest with various agents. By far the most helpful, friendly and efficient were David Tate. Sylwia in the Goring office was very attentive and when we found the right property she guided us through the tenancy and referencing process. She was communicative and positive. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her and her colleagues.

David and Francesca provided an excellent service. My sale was a long one thanks to a well publicised council IT failure with land search system. They managed to keep our sale live and chain engaged through to completion. The most important thing is honest communication. When they didnt know something, they quickly found out and updated me. I rent a property via Davis Tate and have been very pleased with the experience so far. The paperwork for the rental was very thorough. The property was cleaned before I moved in and if there are any issues I just e-mail Karola who liaises with the property owner and arranges for someone to come and deal with things promptly.
