1. The Rewarding Move 2026 Prize Draw (the “Prize Draw”) is open to all property owners aged 18 and over who do one of the following between 3rd August and 31st October 2026.
   • Instruct Davis Tate to sell your property on a 16 week sole agency minimum 1.25% + VAT fee OR
   • Instruct Davis Tate to let your property (on a fully managed service) OR
   • Upgrade your tenant introduction or rent collection service to fully managed service.
2. Only one entry per property allowed for this promotion.
3. Details of the winners will be shared on the Davis Tate Facebook page.
4. You may opt out of being entered into the Prize Draw, but by entering, You accept these Terms & Conditions and agree to Davis Tate using your data for the purpose of identifying You as the winner of the Prize Draw.
5. Employees of EADTL Ltd and the wider Southern Homemove Group are ineligible to enter this Prize Draw.
6. Directors from EADTL Ltd(trading as Davis Tate) will randomly select one winning entry to win the prize and will notify the winner by telephone on 2^nd November 2026.
7. The decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. EADTL Ltd reserves the right to select another winner in accordance with the process described above if the initial winner does not respond within 7 days of being notified.
8. The prize comprises: One room for up to two people at The Pig in the New Forest on a Dinner, Bed & Breakfast basis, plus Wellness treatments to the value of £30 per person. Dinner includes three courses plus a half a bottle of house wine per person.
9. The prize cannot be exchanged or transferred by You and cannot be redeemed by You for cash or any other prizes. EADTL Ltd may substitute the prize with other prizes of similar value if the original prize offered is not suitable or available.
10. Every effort will be made to accommodate the winner’s preferred dates for the prize but are subject to venue availability and EADTL Ltd make no guarantee of specific dates being available.
11. Insofar as is permitted by law, EADTL Ltd (trading as Davis Tate) accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by You as a result of entering the Prize Draw or accepting the prize.
12. The Promoter of the Prize Draw is EADTL Ltd (company number 04405992), registered in England and Wales at First Floor Glendale House Reading Road, Burghfield Common, Reading, Berkshire, England, RG7 3BL. Any complaints regarding the Prize Draw should be sent to this address.
13. The Prize Draw shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and any disputes shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
