I chose to sell through Lee after coming into contact with him in a previous transaction years ago, when I was a first time buyer and he was selling a property further up the chain. My impression of him then was that he was a super proactive communicator and would work incredibly hard to keep the transaction moving along - and that is exactly what he did. Lee organised and juggled busy days with 10+ viewings and kept me well informed on each buyers' position throughout. Once I had accepted an offer he went above and beyond to speak to solicitors and other estate agents in the chain to make sure I always knew what was going on. He handled any hiccups in the chain promptly and clearly has a wealth of knowledge and connections. Lee is a straightforward and honest guy (which is not always the case with estate agents...) and an absolute grafter. Would not hesitate to recommend him or use his services again. Thanks Lee!!

To complement what others have said, Lee does a great job and is very hands on from the very beginning but absolutely no pressure whatsoever... either to make decisions or to follow his recommendations. Lee sold a property for us and he was happy to wait until we were ready for it to go on the market. We accepted his solicitor proposals and then checked them out. Lee has a very good process and as there was no ongoing property purchase to be considered, we hoped things would progress fairly quickly. Whilst we were readying the property for market we started the solicitor work with ID and other documentation, EPC and Lee did pictures and video. The result being when the property went 'On Sale', much of the admin work was completed and awaiting a purchaser. That happened very quickly, within about 10 days to accepted offer. A further three weeks to exchange and one more week to completion. Lee doesn't waste the sellers time with unnecessary communications or prospects. Basically, Lee vets potential purchasers and only puts forward those in a position to move forward which does remove time wasters that have not even put their own property on the market. We have had such a great experience purchasing our first home with Lee. His communication is second to none, he was able to answer any questions we had, he was happy to liaise with solicitors and the sellers on our behalf and was always happy to come back to us quickly. We were not pressured to use his recommendations however we did go for a solicitor he recommended to us and our sale was completed within 3/4 weeks from offer! Clear, well evidenced valuation and we sold at asking price. Once underway all comms via WhatsApp which was easy and hassle free. Not a straightforward sale, with a couple of odd wannabe buyers that might have wasted our time a lot more than they did had Lee not recognised the signs and advised us accordingly. He worked his socks off and managed the chain like a Rottweiler to a timely completion date.
