I chose to sell through Lee after coming into contact with him in a previous transaction years ago, when I was a first time buyer and he was selling a property further up the chain. My impression of him then was that he was a super proactive communicator and would work incredibly hard to keep the transaction moving along - and that is exactly what he did. Lee organised and juggled busy days with 10+ viewings and kept me well informed on each buyers' position throughout. Once I had accepted an offer he went above and beyond to speak to solicitors and other estate agents in the chain to make sure I always knew what was going on. To complement what others have said, Lee does a great job and is very hands on from the very beginning but absolutely no pressure whatsoever... either to make decisions or to follow his recommendations. Lee sold a property for us and he was happy to wait until we were ready for it to go on the market. We accepted his solicitor proposals and then checked them out. Lee has a very good process and as there was no ongoing property purchase to be considered, we hoped things would progress fairly quickly. Whilst we were readying the property for market we started the solicitor work with ID and other documentation, EPC and Lee did pictures and video. The result being when the property went 'On Sale', much of the admin work was completed and awaiting a purchaser. That happened very quickly, within about 10 days to accepted offer. A further three weeks to exchange and one more week to completion. Lee doesn't waste the sellers time with unnecessary communications or prospects. Basically, Lee vets potential purchasers and only puts forward those in a position to move forward which does remove time wasters that have not even put their own property on the market.
