Having "interviewed" a few estate agents in Wantage in order to sell my elderly parents house, I chose Davis Tate, or more truthfully, I chose Oliver Martin (Branch Manager). Being friendly, efficient and honest, Oliver was immediately someone I felt I could talk to and could trust with managing the sales process as I live 200 miles away. Everyone says that people "couldn't do enough" but Oliver and his team went that extra mile from returning to the house to take more photos when the garden looked its best and organising a gardener to cut the grass and hedges. Towards the end of the sale, when conveyancers became insufferable, Kirsty was able to contact the buyers directly to assure me that from their perspective everything was fine and the exchange would happen to plan. In general estate agents get a bad press, but I have nothing but praise for Oliver Martin and his team and would not hesitate to recommend them.
