Fantastic service from Charlie at Davis Tate. Professional, friendly and always helpful, with great communication throughout. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Highly recommend Charlie and the team!

Recently sold our property through Davis Tate. Eventhough our buyer ended up being quite tricky Alana was brilliant, always available even when she didn’t have an update, she would take my call or follow up. I can’t rate her highly enough, an absolute pleasure to deal with. Thanks so much.

Great service from the team at Davis Tate Reading in selling our house recently. Ethan and Lewis were very professional, courteous and efficient, and helped make the process as easy and smooth as possible. And many thanks as well to the whole team and to Charlie for the great help and support. Highly recommended.

We are very happy with the service provided by Davist Tate for our hous purchase. Our estate agent Ethan was was always transparent and consise with his communications with us, always left a call with him feeling well informed with what was currently happening and what was coming next. The fizz and card on completion was a lovely touch.

As a contractor, I’ve had a great experience working with the lettings team, especially Siobhan and Tristan, and property manager Bes. They’ve all been professional, friendly, helpful and easy to deal with. Communication has been excellent, and I really appreciate their support and cooperation. Highly recommended!

Our selling process took far longer than expected but Sam at Davis Tate kept me informed throughout and kept the buyers informed too. Very happy with the service.

Very helpful throughout the renting process. Always available, quick to respond, and happy to provide any information I needed. Great experience overall.

I would highly recommend George Dillow at Davis Tate. From the very beginning, he was incredibly professional, friendly and approachable, while also being genuinely understanding of what we were looking for in our new home. What really stood out to me was that I never felt pressured or rushed at any point. Instead, George made us feel supported and listened to. He took the time to understand our needs, was patient throughout the process, and always made us feel that finding the right property for us was just as important to him as it was to us. It’s rare to come across someone in estate agency who combines such professionalism with such a warm and personable approach. George is a real credit to Davis Tate, and in my opinion, the agency should absolutely recognise and promote him — he truly deserves it! Thank you, George, for making what can be such a stressful experience feel so much easier and more positive. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
