Letting has always been quite a horrible experience for me in the UK, usually due to the carelessness of the agents combined with the utter stinginess of the landlords. This time, however, I was pleasantly suprised by the responsiveness of Lisa Perowne, who did everything she could to fix all of the issues we encountered during our tenancy as fast as possible.
