We are in the process of rebuilding our home so needed to find a rental property. I dropped in to the Sonning Common branch of Davis Tate and met with Jo. Within a few days I was already viewing potential rental properties with Jo and she was very good at guiding me through the whole rental process. Jo never took me to see any properties that were inappropriate for our needs (too expensive, only space for a midget) and always thought about how we as a family would fit in to each property. I wouldn\'t hesitate in recommending Jo or Davis Tate, they have helped at every step of the way.

We sold our house and bought our new house through Davis Tate (Sonning Common) and Davis Tate (Pangbourne) - I couldn't fault either office. They were always on the end of the phone keeping me informed at every step and nothing was too much trouble. Melissa, Julie and Vanessa really did go above and beyond to ensure the sale and purchase happened quickly - I think we got from 'Offer Accepted' to 'Completion' in 9 weeks! I wouldn't hesitate to use Davis Tate in the future.

Melissa was extremely helpful from start to finish. She played a significant role in the move completing in quick time despite a number of minor complications and turned around queries quickly whenever asked.

First off, I would like to say a massive thanks to the Julie and Melissa for helping us to complete our move. Estate Agents have not always had the best reputation, and it is refreshing to find one that holds excellent core values. They were open, honest and communicative the whole way through our purchase, and helped Kate and myself through the couple of wobbles we did have! All questions asked were either answered when fielded, or fed back to us in a timely manner. On the day of completion the keys were handed to us (accompanied by a big smile) and we were done. A few days later, a beautiful bouquet of flowers arrived from Davis Tate, which is a touching and thoughtful thing to do. Thoroughly recommended and thanks again.. Kate and Steve

Both Melissa and Julie were involved in the sale of our property and were on the ball from day one. Melissa gave us some tips on how to present the house to prospective buyers with just a few small changes here and there which although was a little bit more work it really made the house more appealing and all who viewed it gave it positive feedback. We had a very good number of viewings through Davis Tate so we felt confident that the property would appeal to at least one buyer. As it turned out there were two very interested parties and after a little to and fro a price was agreed which suited both buyer and seller. However things became a little complicated and the sale looked like it could fall through (the problem was at our end and no fault of Davis Tate). Melissa worked very hard to assist us with quite a complicated issue and managed to help us to get it resolved fairly quickly so we were able to move on (pardon the pun!) with the sale. All went very well in the end and glad we chose them as our sole agent. I would highly recommend Davis Tate.

I am very satisfied with Davis Tate, who over the course of successfully selling my house, and despite a bumpy ride (through no fault of their own), were always open, honest, co-operative and thoroughly professional. In my house buying journey I encountered many Estate Agents and I can say without any hesitation that Davis Tate are right up there amongst the best.

I have recently purchased a property through Davis Tate as an investment property to let. The sale was very straightforward and stress free and the subsequent let was equally as straightforward. In fact the property was let immediately without even being advertised, this was due to the fact that both Julie and Jo know their market and clients so well. I was so delighted with the whole buying and letting experience, not something that you hear of very often!
