James Harrison visited the flat following the recent loss of my uncle. He was extremely professional and knowledgable (had obtained updated sales information on similar properties in the area and gave an appropriate and realistic valuation). He was sympathetic to our situation and was very supportive too. We were delighted with the advice he gave to ensure the property was ready and shown in the best possible way. Once the property was on the market the Pangbourne team ensured we were updated weekly of the viewings and progress and gave valuable advice on the proceedings. Samantha and Sarah ensured that all the information was kept up to date between us and living so far away gave us such peace of mind that we were in good hands. The property was sold in about 7 months and completed soon after, the delays were from the purchasers but Davis Tate\'s team helped things progress as quickly as possible. All the team coped and responded with the same, to my husbands humour, and this helped even more at this difficult time. I bought my property through Davis Tate and am now renting it out through Davis Tate. My experience of every single member of the team and also the extended companies they employ has been exemplary. Nothing is ever too much trouble and they genuinely seem to understand how attached one can become to your property. I had an issue with the tenant when I managed my rental property and they only collected the rent, but they were immensely supportive and helpful when they weren't obliged to be. I am now having Davis Tate fully manage my property and would wholeheartedly recommend that if you are in two minds whether or not to self manage in a word “don't”, let Davis Tate deal with it. They are hugely professional and efficient and worth every penny. Sarah Wilson is also superb. She is very wise and thoughtful and an excellent negotiator. Having had my property on the market with another agent for quite a while without a sale I decided to give Davis Tate a try & I'm so glad I did. The service received from everyone was 1st class but especially James. He kept me informed at every step of the way & was always at the end of the phone to help & give advice. It was a long haul but we got there in the end thanks to James & the Pangbourne team.

It was our first time buying and selling. James was our vedors' estate agent and he was absolutely brilliant. Communication was fantastic through out the whole process. James was very proactive and really helped us drive things through (much more than our own estate agent). He was really helpful in redirecting me to Davistate. Next morning I got a follow up call and the options that were given to me by the staff met my expectation and search criteria.
