Matthew Davis and David Tate started the agency in 1991,and still work full time as joint Managing Directors. The business deals in residential property, we SELL, LET, and MANAGE all sorts of homes in the area, and we advise on LAND and DEVELOPMENT, and deal with a lot of NEW HOMES.
Our High Street offices and Personal Agents all work from one online database, so all our information is shared and advertised throughout our netWORK.

We will spend about an hour at your home, ensuring that we are completely familiar with the house, its layout and advantages.
We use extensive research to arrive at the best asking price for your property. We have access to historic and recent sales data on a street by street and village by village basis, so we can discuss the actual sale prices of similar properties, and compare asking price with final sale prices.
It’s useful for us to know what you have done to improve it, the reasons you bought it in the first place, and why you enjoy living there.We also need to know why you are thinking of moving, so that we can tailor our service to your needs.
We work with our clients to arrive at the best asking price, and there are various marketing approaches that we can take to generate the maximum number of viewers.
Presenting Your Home To The Market
We are experts at presentation, and will need to take at least a dozen photos of your home. Research shows that the combination of the guide price and good photography will maximise interest in the property. Every set of details we produce includes an accurate floor plan.
We can produce high quality printed brochures, and include them online. A very high proportion of buyers initially look at details online, so photography and presentation is essential to get the very best aspects of the house across.
