Letting your home is becoming more complicated, and you need professional help. At the initial valuation meeting, which takes about an hour, we will assess the desirability and likely rent that your property will achieve, and what sort of tenant will be attracted to it.

In doing so we assess the presentation and cleanliness of the property, the state and condition of the appliances, kitchen and bathrooms, as well as the general decoration and the state of the garden.
