2008
For the second year running, Davis Tate were awarded the Best Medium Estate Agency (South East) by Melissa Porter an industry lunch in Londons West End in November 2008. This award joins previous awards in 2004, from the Daily Express, and 3 Daily Mail Awards in 2005, and 2006, and the 2007 Top 100 Sunday Times Award as well as the equivalent 2007 award.
2007
Davis Tate were one of very few estate agents listed in the Sunday Times top 100 in 2007.
This award joins previous awards in 2004, from the Daily Express, and 3 Daily Mail Awards in 2005, and 2006, as well as the prestigous 2007 Estate Agent of The Year Award ( Medium Agents) in October 2007, awarded to Davis Tate and Matthew Davis by Mariella Frostrup.
2006
Davis Tate won the 5* 'Best Berkshire Agency Award', to add to their 2005 'Best Oxfordshire Agency' award, and were also shortlisted as Best National Agency at the same event.
