Available 7 days a week and contactable until 10pm on weekdays and between 9am and 5pm on Saturday and Sunday!

This “open all hours” policy allows us to assist you and prospective buyers at a time of day that caters for any life style or working schedule.

From our prominent High Street location in Abingdon town centre, we have five highly trained and motivated members of staff, along with a support team, all of whom will work hard to ensure the successful sale of your property.

The market has changed dramatically in recent times, so has the way buyers search for a home or buy to let investment. For example, property sale websites report higher volumes of activity in the evening from buyers using a mobile device such as an iPad or smart phone.

Rightmove.co.uk tell us that 25% of search activity from these consumers takes place in the evening between 7pm and 10pm. During this busy time we actively encourage these buyers to call and register their search requirement.

Many late night phone calls have resulted in successful negotiations for our clients from buyers who prefer to contact us at the end of their working day. Our longer working hours allow us to cater for 100% of today’s changing market!

To give you further confidence in our understanding of the market, we have recently been independently assessed as having the highest percentage of sold boards in the area*, an achievement we are very proud of given that we are the newest estate agent in the Abingdon *.
