DAVIS TATE MOVERS AND SHAKERS
It is a busy time for local Award Winning Estate Agents Davis Tate, with numerous changes within the company as the local property market continues to improve. Davis Tate are pleased to report a mix of new joiners, past staff members returning to the company, and internal promotions.
The Henley-on-Thames office gained a new Lettings Manager in June. Clare Vernon joined the company having worked for two other estate agents in the past, bringing with her six years of estate agency experience to help grow the companies coverage in the Henley area. Following the upturn in the market, Cathie French joins the Henley Office as a full time Sales and Lettings Negotiator and is an invaluable member of the team.
Keri-Anne Wheatley joins the busy Reading office as a Sales & Lettings Negotiator. New to Davis Tate but no stranger to Reading agency, she will no doubt learn from this central office and quickly make her mark.
Jennifer King has worked across several branches in the past, and is now based permanently as a Sales Negotiator in Pangbourne. Jennifer has a wonderful ‘can do’ attitude and is gaining experience across the board within the company. She replaces Hendrik Bossman, who has been with Davis Tate since 1999, and has decided to join the growing band of Davis Tate Personal Estate Agents, covering the Tilehurst area from 1 August.
Further internal changes include Daniel Ashton moving from the Shinfield office to become Senior Negotiator at Twyford. This promotion follows Dan’s growth and recognition within the company since his return from a brief sojourn in Newbury, and allows him to make his mark on a new ‘patch’. Land Director Craig Robertson will continue to be based in Twyford, as the increase in general market activity is reflected in a number of exciting land deals, and new sites being launched this summer. Land and New Homes are a historic strength at Davis Tate, and Craig works closely with Managing Director David Tate to find land for development clients.
Two former employee’s return to Davis Tate in late July, Claire Tier will join in the new role of Network Manager, promoting further co-operation within the branch network, managing e-commerce and finding appropriate synergies, enabling all staff to work to their full potential on many levels. Previously Claire was Head of Lettings Sales during eight years with Davis Tate before spending time in a business to business environment during 2009/10.
Senior Negotiator Michelle Argrave returns to the Shinfield Office, which she worked at for five years, since its opening in 2002, having spent the past two years in estate agency in Wokingham and Bracknell.
